It will be 26 episodes, not 23

It will be animated, NOT live action

It will be a continuation of the storyline

It will air on cartoon network

All of this information have been confirmed by moonscoop and taffy kids corporation

Look guys quit complaining about live action! We're lucky were getting a fifth season, and plus animation is hard work. If they do, do animation we will be waiting alot longer than 2012 to get Code Lyoko. So come on guys give them a break and try saying thank you for all the effort there putting in to make all there Code Lyoko fans happy! Plus Lyoko is in animation! I know Code Lyoko has always been in animation, I've loved this show since I was little, But be happy we get another season :)

well when they go to lyoko it wont technically be anime, it will be CGI which is the same thing used when they went to lyoko in the old series but this time it looks more realistic

Just great if it's in real life thingy when they are on earth then they have ruined it why couldn't they just left it all animation I want to see it like it was before all anime all none actors not playing them WHY THE RUINED IT NNNNOOOO I wanted them to leave it as it was. @admiralsftershockrex: excuse me, but if the smurfs, last airbender, ben 10, dbz, etc. are any indication, live-action versions of cartoon characters tend to SUCK the life out of the franchise; the ONLY exceptions are superheroes (ex: batman, superman, spiderman, etc.), the original tmnt movies using people in rubber suits made by the henson creature shop, & the 1980 popeye movie with robin williams due to the fact that the cast was brilliant & the story followed segar's strip 100% faithfully.

Ewwwww! When will film producers realise that Live Action movies/shows usually suck and get everyone pretty ticked off?! *barfs* Ugh, this is rediculous. I don't want to watch a show with terrible graphics because it's real life and THEN animation Dx I love Code Lyoko to death, but live action? Are you kidding me?! I've never once seen a good live action show based off of a cartoon. Ben Ten, Death Note, Avatar the Last Airbender. EW!

OMG READ MY COMMENT---- When they are in the real world such as Kadic School, in Town, in the Hospital (if necessary) and the factory and sewer. But the sewer is a classic. It opens and they run down through there and get across the bridge. Well, whatever. AND THEN, when they go in the scanners, they will appear on Jeremys screen on the computer as the virtual Odd, Aelita, Yumi, and Ulrich. Then, on Lyoko, It will be an animation. Get it now, Guys? Lol.
