Big area - low population - very cheap cost of living. Good soil to grow stuff.

@zalida100 It's a good point, I don't how things are going to pan out in 3-5 years. I think what's more important is that the world moves away from the corrupt monetary system. Having a society based on self developement, introducing simple but efficient technologies that are easy to come by (check hemp industrial potential). You could teach children at school how to build houses, how to grow food, how to make clothes. Then the rest is optional, if you are fed, clothed and live under a roof.
