I have FMS & Raynauds I use heatpacks in my gloves too, they are a life saver, I am a terror for losing my leather gloves though, I need them to use my walking stick in rainy Manchester, UK! I change over to flavoured teas (that show no worsening of my illnesses) from coffee & even hot chocolate. Keep up the blogging of awareness of illnesses

@ragegrrl Hi! Thanks! Don't the heat packs help so much w/Reynaud's? I guard my gloves w/my life. My hubby got them on sale @ a ski shop @ end of season but they still weren't cheap. I've had a fibromyalgia flare for about 3 mos. now. It's been wicked. In the last couple days, it's FINALLY calming down a bit (as is my IC). I hope it's going to keep getting better. I LOVE TORI! I love this!! I am always far colder than anyone else and my hands and feet are always freezing (although, bizarrely I am never really aware of my hands and feet being cold until I touch someone and they flinch! unless it is really cold and then they hurt like mad... let's be fair, British winters aren't quite that cold!)

I figured YOU would appreciate the background music. :) Yes, the music corner has the piano, organ, and electronic keyboard on top of the organ. All are within reach of each other. :)

I love this!!
