  • BSG, That was my son back when he was 9 years old. That ball sits on the top of his shelf to this day, and was a great source of inspiration for him. (He wore #7 for the next 9 years) He was able to meet Trot back in 2005, where he got the ball signed. Trot was the heart and soul of the Red Sox.. Thanks for the great interview!
