Nietzsche died in August 1900. Moving pictures appeared in the late 1880s. So it's quite possible that this is actual footage. But of what origin? The image seems a little distorted... Someone has suggested morphing. Can anyone clear this up?

Read him again and think of his time. It is too much to ask him to be a feminist. You must learn how to "decode" old writtings and adjust them to the present moment. It's then when these writting become great, not when you read them literally, believing these words apply to our days.
