i love the bit before this when he's on the phone and he's like 'could you please hold off world war 3 so i can walk my little girl down the aisle?' XD love the west wing!
One of my other favorite scene is the one just before this, when Bartlett pleaded with the Chinese president to stop troop mobilisation. Can you post this?
@NavJD1975 I'm not sure if this is true or not, but earlier in the episode Will says "They'll be walking down the aisle to Sorge Nel Petto, the aria Gaffredo
This was a great personal moment between the President and his daughter. Ellie looked very beautiful in her wedding dress. This was a great scene from one of my favorite episodes of "The West Wing". Thanks for posting this.
Beautifully played by Sheen. He catches that father's amazement that the 4-year old he still remembers so clearly seems to have turned into the bride in front of him in about two weeks.
The worst episode ever. Did the producers think that no one would notice that neither Zoe or Liz were in attendance for their sister's wedding?

I'm still blown away every time I see big movie stars such as Martin Sheen go from doing movies to weekly tv shows.

I'd cry too if my father couldn't distinguish a personal memory of his child from a pivotal point in his Congressional career. :S

Did they ever have it one way or another that Zoey and Charlie may have gotten back together?

@abfirefighterchick In Season Six it was alluded to that Charlie wanted to marry Zoey.
