Customizer 1.0 PC software for Datel EVO Controller Xbox 360 TurboFire

I just got this controller and I've used the customizer to set some things up. When I start using it on my Xbox though none of it works. And the blue lights that are supposed to indicate that rapid fire's active do not come on. You say to read the instruction manual but all my manual gives instructions on is how to sync it to my Xbox.

Read the manual for the Software, as linked to in the DESCRIPTION below the video.

The manual for the Software is DIFFERENT than the manual for the Controller.

Ive had this controller for about two weeks, is there anywhere I can get profiles? or something :P

As it says in the description below the video,

These are "Profiles" setup by DATEL for the Customizer Features taylored to a specific game, playing style or gametype. As of Customizer version 1.1 there are two presets, one for Battlefield 3 and another for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

You can create, save and load your own "Profiles" that you've made using the Customizer EVO program.

This information is also conveyed in the program itself.

Would it not be simpler to READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL included with the controller's packaging?

i wanted rapid mods for mw2 or 3

The presets you are referencing are part the 1.1 software/firmware update. When you start the software, it automatically checks to see if there is an update to the software/firmware.

You can easily create your own preset Profiles that you can save/load/share. The MW3 / B3 presets can be used in past games but you may want to adjust them or create your own.

I like how the B3 preset profile has the BACK button seto Autofire on Feature button 1 to make it easier to spot.

ok i downloaded the customizer from their site and every time a click on it a black box pops uo for a second and then nuthing happens why is this ?

Without specifics I'm not sure what you are expecting us to tell you other than to contact DATEL for support and to be specific about your computer setup and issues.

We've had no issues running the EVO software or having our EVO controllers detected on our Windows 7 64 bit desktop PC. If the controller isn't connected or detected the software will have a popup asking you to connect the controller.

What is that left handed mode? Does that mean you can switch the controller to south paw in games that don't normally have that feature built into it? If so I am buying one for my brother for Christmas.

There is no region coding on Xbox 360 accessories. It's the same exact product and works on any Xbox 360.

Datel has a pretty reasonable warranty on their products, contact them through their codejunkies web site to see if you can get a RMA.

Exactly the same product, just a different name.

Datel markets their controllers as Wildfire in Europe and Turbofire in North America. The only difference is the name on the packaging.

In addition, both the Wildfire EVO and TurboFire EVO use the same EVO Customizer PC software, whether you download it from the UK or US codejunkies web site.

This is clearly answered in the video when we highly the Custom Image Feature.
