Non-phiosopical anarchists (or just plain anarchists) seek to fully abolish the state and forms of authority that "keep you in line", to have no actual government or laws that control a mass. That i believe differentiates the two.

@TehRebellingDuck That's Vigilantism which raises many problems. People banding together to fight for a cause doesn't automatically mean they'll choose the right one. Look at the KKK, The Nazi's, Terrorist Organizations. Police go through extensive training and have people dedicated to reviewing their actions looking for brutality. True sometimes it does go unpunished but you must realize the system of law enforcement we have is much better than not having one at all.

But many never look at the other side of coin, where anarchy can also be more of a peaceful, less violent state. Anarchy is a coin and there are 2 sides to it, but everyone looks at one side thinking the other side could never happen.
