I use Paint Shop Pro 8 for graphics editing. I erased the "You" part of Youtube and replaced it with "Train" in the same font. Wasn't too difficult, it took me about 10 minutes to do.

you might be able to find Paint Shop Pro 8 on eBay. The new version is called Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. It looks like it runs in the $50-$60 price range.
