Where did you assebled it on the top?

@NXTWolf The axle on top is secured to some structure such as a board that spans two tables. You will need to find your own best way to secure the top of the swing depending on what space and things you have available.

why use 2 motors?

The second motor is there for the weight only.

if you had a swing, you would understand that this is replicating the swing movements and weight.

Hmm i wonder if u took weight of the bottom and control the level of power t used to swing ech time it would more like resenble a kid on a swing
