  • @ruobhad Word! 315 is a solid lift at any weight. Looks like the same guy cleaned 305. That's even more impressive than a 315 bench. Good for you man. Nice Lifts!

  • What awful competition did you have at this meet? If a max bench of 315 and max clean of 305 is gonna take the record at at 200 lb weight class, you should not press your luck and compete anywhere else

  • @hondarider100r I just saw it. Very impressive. Although you look like you're carrying more than 140lbs on your frame. The kid spotting you is like praying for you not requiring his help. Are you like gaining strength every week?

  • @jigc23 yeh its crazy. i dont get big either. Tuesday i didnt even get 330 but thursday i got 340. Some days are better than others

ALOT more. i dont care what anyone says. the benchpress always will be the most popular exercise. whether you like it or not. dont be jealous a kid just outbenched you. maybe you shouldnt have clicked on the vid if you were gunna complain? and you need to train everything for sports. not just lower body. the bench is awesome for upperbody. and who says hes training for sports? hes at a competition
