How long did it take to program. I started messing around with the trial version of the software (32 channels) and this song and have gotten about 1 minute done in 3 or 4 hours. But it is fun with the visualizer and a photo of my house!

Then you're doing well. I usually take 2-3 hours to program 15 seconds of song. Some segments are easier to program, others take forever.

But obviously it is worth it! When do you start putting up lights or programing. I want to start out next year and I'm getting a 32 channel kit.

Song selection starts now, programming starts out slow now, but really picks up in the early spring and after July 4th. Should be done by October. Lights start going up two weeks before Thanksgiving.

I think it was something like 45000 when I first started synchronizing to music.

Have you ever blown any breakers or fuses.

No on the breakers. I make sure not to exceed the 20 amps I have available per 8 channels. I upgraded to 400 amp service this year so I have plenty of power for everything (so far). Now GFCI's during bad weather is a different story.
