He's actually a very bright and happy person. He did TONS of musicals (and has even won a Tony award). The reason he is always so serious or whatever is because he is very manly and "hunky" for lack of a better description and is cast in roles like Wolverine often because of it. It's funny how actors personalities get judged off of what kind of work they are famous for. lol

yeah it's funny.. most of his roles have been kindda dark, he's even played the bad guy a few times. Only did one comedy - kate&leopold. Now after the oscars and all these interviews for the wolverine movie, finally people can see what a funny, upbeat kindda guy he really is. And he's working on a musical! Can't wait to see it.
