There are no frames taken out. Its simply the way they shot the original video. Basically when they shot the video they played the song a 50% its original speed. She danced to that. When they did the playback they sped the video up 100% so that the song is played normal but her dancing is sped up but she is still in sync with the music.

I love how it appears random...but actually is brilliantly danced in sinc to what the words are saying! xD
