That's a Casio SA-35... But nice, I killed my SA-35 2 weeks ago or so... That thing would do crazy glitches..

Yes, All the mods on the LHS panel of the keyboard I have made available with the great help of Pete at Casperelectronics dot com if you go there and look for Casio SA schematics.
