i had a glitch where the planet i had to scan in my home solar system was "Earth." I wasn't in the Sol system, but it was the same planet. The game then glitched and I couldn't leave my solar system :/ so i blew them up :)

@slithersls The main reason why they didn't put Pluto in the Sol System in Spore is because There are three catergorized as Dwarf Planets in our Solar System: Ceres, Pluto, and Eris(Also known as Xena), Eris being the largest. There are several more beyond the Kuiper Belt though that fit's the description, 44 to be exact. (Including Pluto and Eris).

@Wussup8000 No, I didn't go to the Center of the Galaxy yet. :P The water level actually is messed up a bit. But if you try getting rid of all the water and make Earth T0 and dry, It won't loose like, any water. Same if you make it Too wet at T0. It's a weird planet on Spore. :P

But to answer your question, in my opinion they will, eventually make one. It's right now one of the Top Requested Expansions for Spore. So I'm assuming they will eventually surprize us. But don't stop hoping for it! I'm sure it's still on the Debate Table over at Maxis, and it'll get an easier "Not Now" Than "Yes"

Because "Where ever there is water, their is life." that's why NASA believes the most habitable planets for Organisms to develop is Earth and Europa. Mars is there, but it's not as heavily believed there. Mars may have Microbial life, so may Europa. But many scientists believe some type of complex aquatic animals may life under the frozen ice of Europa for it's liquid water! :D This is why I want to be an Astrophysicist! Science is so
