The cop needs more training.....much, much, more training. She should not be allowed to carry a weapon due to her unbelievable misreading on this stop. She is a real danger to the public. Maybe she just needs 4-5 days personal time off each month. Then to top it off, they give him an illegal lane change ticket. Freaking assholes. I would make the "officer" and the head of the Highway Patrol apologize to his children and pay for damages to his vehicle.

When you need a police officer to protect you from violence, they are at least ten minutes away. Plenty of time for someone to murder you and escape. 90% of what police officers do is ultimately harmful.
