for being such a powerful sorceress and a boss you can only fight without using a continue she is extremely easy. Just don't get to far away from her and constantly attack her and she cant do anything cause all she does are spells, some very bad blocking and a wierd trip kick.

It's not really possible for them to be alike, considering how fighting games work. Actually, It would also be more correct to compare Melty blood to the Tsukihime visual novel, IMO.

The next time Aoko pops up as a Melty Blood boss character, they should mix her "danmaku" fighting style from Re-Act with her more physical, Act Cadenza style of brawling. It'd be a bitch to deal with orbs, homing lasers, two overheads, big combos, a triple jump, AND that retarded unblockable all at once.

Umm....It's actually the CPU, and it's the last boss of Melty Blood Re-act, in arcade mode. She wasn't fighting back well, cause I kept hitting her. If she does get a hit in, it do a lot of damage, so I was forced to fight fast.

So that was my eyes deceiving me when i saw her standing and not blocking. you can start blocking as soon as you land/stand up, but she doesnt even block most the round. is there a blocking disabled option? or were you just not playing on the max difficulty?
