How do you get that beautiful squeealies / pitch harmonics ?? Do you use your nail with the pick ?....I'm just learning, really like that sound at metal riffs, but can not get it still in that way...Any help or advise ? Thanks in advance !

Thanks! I use the side of my thumb. First you need lots of gain. Use the bridge pick up. Pick the note wile the side of your thumb gently touches the string. Find the sweet spot to make them pop. And practice, practice, practice!

Got any tips on doing pinch harmonics on the lower strings?

With lots of gain and using the bridge position pick up let the side of your thumb gently brush against the string just after almost simultaneously after picking. You also have to find the sweet spot to pick and of course practice your ass off.

If you check out my latest vid "yeah another solo contest" I wrote and played that solo 100000000000 times and never touched the tuning pegs before recording. So the answer is YES. The spider web guitar has an 80's Ibanez neck as well. I know the shape doesn't look like it but that's how they were back then. Love that axe as well.

My sound comes straight from my GNX3. I don't even touch the HD's EQ. If you put good sound in, good sound comes out. I've only played with the HD's effects a little in the past. Although they sound good they're not easy to use. (For me anyway.) I use Windows Movie Maker that came with XP
