I just agree to disaggree. rex had 322 yds yesterday when they benched mcnabb and let him start vs cowboys (12/19/2010) He had 4 tds and 2 picks and was sacked 5 times if that tells you anything about the crappy quality rex has protecting him at the redskins. Cutler is a good ball player but i believe rex was a shade better. Both were from indiana which doesnt often produce an nfl QB

Grossman has been in this league for 5 years, this being his 6th. I cant see the Bears wait longer for him to blossom,hes short and passes get batted down weekly, short qbs tend to need mobility to find throwing lanes which he doesnt. If Kyle Orton finishes strong this year then I believe this may be Grossmans last year in a Bears Uniform.

He's an unrestricted free agent, meaning he doesn't need to be released - he can go wherever he wants. And two, free agency doesn't begin until February 27th. He's a Chicago Bear until the 27th.
