well kind of... think of it as New York. New Radius is basically a retro/futuristic take on New York. The city has a near futuristic feel because of the new world order that has taken over in the game (heavy armored cops, heavy resistance, security cameras, constant surveillance) but at the same time has a retro feel because of things happing in the game like the subway trains being replaced with the clean trains the sliver trains, which did actually happen in New York back in the 80s.
