Turbo production companies for sleds would include Alpine turbo's , MCXpress of Sweden, twisted turbo's, Impulse turbo's, Boondocker and a few others. Hard to say which handles better, I like both my Apex for stability and my Nytro for nimbleness through the trees. They both work great.

@KSAPLAOURITO I am have been riding the last two years on a mod RX1 which with al the stuff on it like the suspension riser and so on is basicly apex and i have also had the chance to ride a few nytros i prefer the nytro in any kind of off trail riding my favorite sled up here in northern wisconsin is the nytro xtx it handels trials and when yuo have the chance to go off trail the 144" track grabs good and is smooth as can be with the wide powerband of the 4 stroke

Summit XP is a great sled. they work well, handle decent. They have had problems though, clutching and belt issues. Ski Doo tried lightening in some of the wrong areas and they are showing signs of fatigue in certain sof spots.

M8, great sled, very reliable, and handles awesome in the powder. The M sled takes on a turbo kit much nicer due to the EFI . I would stick to the M8 though only because the added weight on the M1000 isnt worth the little extra horsepower.

Apex is an engineering marvel. The fit and finish and design of parts in general is FAR superior than anything a north American company can produce. They have great power, unreal throttle response, and flot well in deep powder. The only drawback is the little extra weight that they carry. The Apex will endure years and years of use without signs of wear,

And of course if your into building the most powerful sled you can handle, try any one of the 6 different turbo companies turbo kits and make an instant 300+ hp pump fuel sled that will blow any sleds doors off both flat ground or in the mountains.

I had to give up as a driver on the bikes. I couldn't hang on as my grip would peel off with air-shifting full throttle runs.

Hey Philscbx, Lots of the guys are using the Simmons skis, the dual edge float nice in the powder and corner real well, the only tradeoff it seems is the extra weight, but worth it if your running a turbo sled, because you will need all the turning input and help you can get while running the extra HP !!

That's Good news. At 450 for the set I need the added ability to not plow off the turns, My skill level may not be the best, but these skis should help.

I have the A arms off right now hoping I can add some action there too. Better shocks are a must. Looking at Fox air, but see plus and minus from users.

The track's suspension is a mystery, but for my style maybe fine for now. I would love remote control bound/rebound.
