I am from the perspective of a female Milsim airsoft player. And I heavily thank you for this video because the phenomena of Alpha Female airsoft player has come to my attention as well either I have been called that or heard that from other girls in the game. I'm actually the only female member of a team called Maelstrom
And I'm the only female to join a legit team in my surrounding area. Now that doesn't mean that there aren't other girls. And we get these caddy girl, and girl hate between other females. Being serious about airsofting, I sometimes find other girls who come into the game only looking for one thing, and that's to attract guys. Guys have this thing where they seem to be into the whole "tomboyish tough girl thing."
Well as an example I have had some unnamed girls come to games when I'm with my team and call me an "alpha female" Or say that I'm sleeping with the other guys as well as making up other rumors about me. But on contrary even though I usually go to games where the guys outnumber girls almost 85 to 1 and I keep my confidence and dignity by telling the guys to treat me as just another guy and not as a female. I don't want that, "Oh you're a girl I'll go easier shit." Well I'm better than that.
Don't blame society like were taught it or that it's approved of by the larger society. Most girls and guys for that matter feel the way you do. Competition with in genders has always existed. It's part of the natural selection ex. wolfs have an alfa female.
The only way to beat the in gender fight is to flip it. ex. treat a back handed insult like a compliment. Then they will soon learn that it isn't having the desired effect. there for seem pointless. ex. trying to knock down a weeble wobble
I believe you're talking about the blog that I wrote... I think you misunderstood the point. I was not saying that girl drama happens only in LARPing, and drama in LARPing is not right. It really is not. I was just bringing the drama in attention in hopes that people realize how silly it is once it's spelled out.

I don't think society has anything to do with women being bitchy to each other. That's been going on since the dawn of time. Rather, I think the more "civilized" a culture becomes, the more influential women are. Case in point, men don't find 6' tall, 100 lb. women attractive... women do. Hence why those women are models. Then women blame it on us guys. It makes no sense.
I'd also like to add that guys can be even more catty and into the high school drama llama at game. I've had to check a few of my male gamer friends when they were doing it.
