@hearts1217 Technically you can use it with a Mac browsing the files on the device and the memory card via USB, however they only produce software for Windows (that can upload to YouTube and other things for you I believe.)

If you are experiencing frame and audio loss while watching on your PC it is your computer is not powerful enough to process the video so it is cutting out frames and sound. Also, to change resolutions you must double tap the button, at first I though it wasn't working and then figured out you must double tap the left button to change the resolution, pushing it once does nothing. Low light is very poor and good lighting is a must for these type of cameras.
have you ever tried replacing internal batteries.. i wonder which type of batteries picsio have, before i buy. there is a video out there that shows how to disassemble it, but it just doesn't show the battery... anyone?
Do you have the hdmi cable for the picsio? i have the picsio but i was wondering if the quality when using the hdmi is similar to in your video. When i use the VGA cable it isnt very clear, but when i upload to youtube and click HD then it beecomes clear.
