Embrace haven't broken up - they're taking a break, something which most bands do at some point. Danny has a heart condition, yes, but only fatal if he is stressed or upset. Take a look at his entry on Wikipedia. Lets not dwell on what could be, appreciate the music for what it is, Embrace are the greatest band of all time, and in my eyes and heart always will be. This song ^^^ proves it.
