yann has issues with being gay and a cop , he meant that his attackers broke him, his spirit, that he'll be scared all the time, he'll always be living with the fear...he comeas back to kevin first and kevin sends him packing royally :) but then yann will do somethinfgfor kevin (about his father ) and will always be around him to show that he'ss there to stay and hten they'll have a real relationship, in which yann commits and open up
goodness that had to really hurt kevin knowing that they are not going to be together after all that has happened. no wonder kevin is an emotional wreck. I definitely agree with kevin saying to yann that the hospital room was not the time or place to say that. that was just messed up.
@ericnfan the actor playing kevin is so believable at crying because that is how people really get when you happen to be crying you feel like you can't breathe and are going to pass out. it is so exhausting.

Thanks a lot ZTube31 for sharing this great storyline with everybody!!! The characters are great and specially Kevin which plays a new (but convincing and totally credible -kudos to the actor of course-) character in the already crowded fictional gay characters world. It has been a while I havent seen such a powerful storyline and the moments in the hospital were pure tension. Yannis reaction after the coma were as well totally credible and accord to his personality on the series. Thanks!!
I agree with sara4hp. I think both guys are differents but they love each other. kevin is cute, seems to be so sensitive, and he's brave and clever. We know many things about he's life...mother and some failures. Nothing about Yann's failures. That dark side make him irresistible and gorgeous . I imagine this is hard for him falling in love with such an amazing guy like Kevin. LOVE that! WAITTING fOr season 2! THANKS! ( Actually act Mat Delarive is son of great Anthony Quinn)!
I think you need to see it from Yann's point of view. He was just starting to come out, just getting used to people knowing about him and Kevin.... he was just starting to think 'maybe I can do this, maybe comming out and being openly gay isn't the end of the world as I'd feared' and then these two asshole biggots almost sends him to an early grave because they saw him out with his boyfriend. How can you expect him to not freak out and want to go back into the closet where he feels safe?
This is such a great Show. Thanks so much for posting this and thanks even more for taking the time to sub it. Kevin is absolutely gorgeous and hes so caring for Yann. He is also the friend understanding, fun, and uses his brain. I think Yann and Kevin are great together and I think/hope Yann will realize he loves Kevin the way Kevin loves him. Yann really does care for Kevin. He went straight for the kiss, got Kevin apartment close to him, met his mother, and helped in hostage situation.
aw, the last episode is sad, kevin really loved yann and now he's heartbroken and that sucks cause kevin is such a sweet guy and deserves happiness, i'd love to see yann return for season 2 and maybe he'll realize what he lost and get back with kevin and the wonderful kevin and yann storyline continues unless of course kevin finds another hottie, that works too, lol, thanks for uploading im enjoying this show

Nicolas Gob(Kevin)is indeed a good actor. The character of Yann is a real jerk. Kevin deserves better. I too am anxious to see if a new season includes these two. The only thing that bothers me is that we don't have enough background information or lots of scenes with Yann in them to make us believe such a level headed guy like Kevin would be in love with him!

I agree with you, Nicolas Gob did an amazing job in this show. He didn't receive any individual awards but the program won the Best series Award at the Luchon Festival and at La Rochelle Festival. The guy who plays Elies (I know, I should say Lyes ;) won the best new actor award for 'Les Bleus' at Luchon.
Nicolas is actually kind of used to awards: He received one for 'Family Trial' in 2004, 'A Love to Hide' in 2005 and 'Sa Raison d'Etre' in 2008.

Thanks a lot ZTube31 for sharing this great storyline with everybody!!! The characters are great and specially Kevin which plays a new (but convincing and totally credible -kudos to the actor of course-) character in the already crowded fictional gay characters world. It has been a while I havent seen such a powerful storyline and the moments in the hospital were pure tension. Yannis reaction after the coma were as well totally credible and accord to his personality on the series. Thanks!!

I agree with sara4hp. I think both guys are differents but they love each other. kevin is cute, seems to be so sensitive, and he's brave and clever. We know many things about he's life...mother and some failures. Nothing about Yann's failures. That dark side make him irresistible and gorgeous . I imagine this is hard for him falling in love with such an amazing guy like Kevin. LOVE that! WAITTING fOr season 2! THANKS! ( Actually act Mat Delarive is son of great Anthony Quinn)!

I think you need to see it from Yann's point of view. He was just starting to come out, just getting used to people knowing about him and Kevin.... he was just starting to think 'maybe I can do this, maybe comming out and being openly gay isn't the end of the world as I'd feared' and then these two asshole biggots almost sends him to an early grave because they saw him out with his boyfriend. How can you expect him to not freak out and want to go back into the closet where he feels safe?

This is such a great Show. Thanks so much for posting this and thanks even more for taking the time to sub it. Kevin is absolutely gorgeous and hes so caring for Yann. He is also the friend understanding, fun, and uses his brain. I think Yann and Kevin are great together and I think/hope Yann will realize he loves Kevin the way Kevin loves him. Yann really does care for Kevin. He went straight for the kiss, got Kevin apartment close to him, met his mother, and helped in hostage situation.

So sad for Kévin, he deserve so much more than this, Yann is realy a fucking coward, Kévin did many things for him, and this coward just walked away.
So, I really hope this tvseries has season 2, and Kévin will prove for Yann: he will meet another guy better than Yann...

aw, the last episode is sad, kevin really loved yann and now he's heartbroken and that sucks cause kevin is such a sweet guy and deserves happiness, i'd love to see yann return for season 2 and maybe he'll realize what he lost and get back with kevin and the wonderful kevin and yann storyline continues unless of course kevin finds another hottie, that works too, lol, thanks for uploading im enjoying this show

Nicolas Gob(Kevin)is indeed a good actor. The character of Yann is a real jerk. Kevin deserves better. I too am anxious to see if a new season includes these two. The only thing that bothers me is that we don't have enough background information or lots of scenes with Yann in them to make us believe such a level headed guy like Kevin would be in love with him!

Well obviously Yann suffered severe brain damage in the bashing. The first scene of Season 2 should go something like this:
Doctor: Monsieur Yann, we've stopped the bleeding in your brain that was making you temporarily insane.
Yann: Oh Kevin, you not only stayed by my side crying beautiful tears while I was in a coma, but you also hunted down and beat the crap out of my assailants. I love you! Let's make out.
Kevin: Okay.

I should add that as I explore gay storylines in European television series...
They just do it better. More honest and more entertaining. In many ways Hollywood is one of the most homophobic places in the US.
This storyline is refreshing and I love it.

ok so i do think yann treated kevin like shit but i think he does have feelings for him... that's why he broke up with him - as weird as it sounds. i'd like it if kevin found himself some new hot guy in season 2 and then yann woulf get jealous and kevin would be the one in control this time, with yann fighting to win him back... fangirl-y much? i thought so:)

I agree with you, Nicolas Gob did an amazing job in this show. He didn't receive any individual awards but the program won the Best series Award at the Luchon Festival and at La Rochelle Festival. The guy who plays Elies (I know, I should say Lyes ;) won the best new actor award for 'Les Bleus' at Luchon.
Nicolas is actually kind of used to awards: He received one for 'Family Trial' in 2004, 'A Love to Hide' in 2005 and 'Sa Raison d'Etre' in 2008.

ZTube31, merci beaucoup for sharing these with us! Kevin's story is quite simply the best gay storyline I've ever seen on any TV show; Nicolas Gob is just incredible in this role--did he receive any awards or nominations for his work in this program?
As for Yann, gah, what an idiot, to give up a beautiful, caring, wonderful guy like Kevin! I hope Kevin finds a guy who will really love him back in the next series.

The is the BEST gay story on ANY tv around the world. thank Jesus for the north american tv strike, it opened my eyes to see that american tv is TRASH. they do NOT know how to do gay stories AT ALL.

Poor Kevin! Yann clearly has issues... But I'm glad it was a dramatic ending, it's so contrived when someone wakes up from a coma and the love story ends happily. This was more fitting for both characters. Can't wait for season 2! Thanks for the clips!

Thank you for the last installment. Can't wait for Season 2!! Yann is such a jerk. Kevin is better off without him. Hopefully in Season 2, Kevin will hook up with someone better than Yann and of course, HOTTER! Hehe. By the way, I've heard that Yann will not be appearing much on Season 2 but his father will. I wonder what will be coming up next for Kevin. That guy is LOVE!! When Kevin cried, he's like a little child with his candy taken away, makes u wanna hold him and give him a huge cuddle! :)

Yann was a jerk all along, I'll give you that. But it seems to me that he was slowly coming to terms with the fact that he could have a relationship with Kevin... Note that he didn't answer Kevin's 'take it or leave it' question. That might be a sign. Anyway, Kevin does deserve a bit of happiness. Hope he'll have that in season 2.

Is this the last episode of the current season? I'm glad that Yann may be gone. As in previous posts, I said I never did like him with Kevin. Hopefully he'll not be back. He treated Kevin like crap continually.
