This sounds similar to something I've made before but I've never used applesauce and cinnamon. I've made pork chops with something similar but the sauce is a chutney made with watermelon whites and spices. If I remember right, which could be questionable, I think I used cinnamon and whole black pepper corns and some other spices. Recipe sounds great and not much prep!
Don't know if ya did this intentionally, but at the near end of the vid, ya did a little W.C. Fields with the "Pork Chooops. . . 'n Applesauce". IMO, it was great and a hoot.
Some extra hints for dorm cookin':
Broke (except for saved beer funds) collage kids, should mooch paper plates from the local pizza palace or other joints and use them instead of real plates. Get utensils, salt, & pepper as well.
Also, if ya have foil, make baking & fry pans out of it. Cook & throw out.
Hey, mind doing a japanese style dinner? I love Japanese food. I can make many dishes such as sushi etc. I would love to see one made by you though, you have a very interesting way to cook which I enjoy. Its simple yet produces good quality food
