  • i think the song on the video is emoish

  • please accept my deepest condolence .. WTF is wrong with people this is not disney land not all animals eat plants... its eat or be eaten.. Idiots

  • What a beautiful retic. I have one myself, his name is Bubby. ^_^ He's a sweetie~ I also love your taste in music. ;) Poor baby, why did you have to put him down?

  • Wow. I had a snaked named Kah too, I sold him to a snake owner :'( I miss him alot.

  • that snake could be a good bodyguard, that will scare the robbers =)

  • Very nice Tiger stripe

  • Hmm I'm abt 2 years late, but why did you have to put him down?

  • disgustiing, never keep snakes as pets....... they r meant to be in the wild

  • What a beauty.

    Shame you lost him.

    What happened?

  • beautiful snake, sorry she is gone! I am getting a Het Albino Green Burmese hatchling in a week or so, cannot wait!

  • That suvks dolude but i would have wanted to be put down u did the right thing some people just let them suffer but sorry for your loss

  • imagine coming home and finding a giant fucking snake on your couch talk about buzzkill

  • He was a beautiful animal!

  • nice looking retic...and nice to see one that hasn't been powerfed..

  • beautiful

  • i know how big these snakes get what is your recommendations on the size of an enclosure for this snake

  • I'm so sorry for your loss. :( He was a gorgeous snake.

  • @stlbornstlwalkin you are a retard, seriously a retic 30ft long? jesus christ you are a gullible sucker

  • @Fenhawk11

mate retics can grow past 30 feet.

  • @coldbloodedhearts mate retics cannot grow past 30ft, you are just an ignorant sucker who believes the retards who overestimate the snakes length

  • sorry for your loss.

  • song sucks

  • this is such a sad video after reading what you said. its such a beautiful snakes and I am sure that it was like a kid for you. I know my bearded dragon is like the pride of my life and shes only 3. Makes me wish they never had to die..

  • Just admiring your boy, then read the news, so sad, you obviously loved him very much, great memory of him though, thanks for sharing.

  • beautiful tiger sorry for your loss i got a 12+foot male right now he is a baby once out of his enclosure

  • wow i cant believe the comments here i have 2 retics in the 10+ ft range and 4 burms at various lengths and my snakes all get hook trained to let them no its not feeding time. the only time my snakes ever show aggression is when i open there cage at first cause they dunno if its feeding time or what not and during shed which is why you leave them alone while they shed. death by big snakes are the owners faults the snakes are just doing what there instinct says and arent housed or treated right

  • Hope you dont have babies

  • CrescentKnife, how is he able to roam your house and not attack any moving people? Because i was doing some research and the pages i've read said that sometimes they'll attack humans even if they're hungry enough?

  • @menon3 wow, you must be mentally retarded to believe the people who say that snakes are aggressive and will try to attack humans, and do you really think this snakes owner would have let his/her snake starve?

  • @stlbornstlwalkin woops sorry. yeah you said can and not will. i hate when ppl do that to me and i just did it to you. my mistake. but are you using this child incident to indicate a retics aggression? how many burms have killed ppl? not alot but compared to retics, alot. i would never clame a cb retic to be docile if they werent. i dont recommend retics because they're big and fast not cuz they're known for aggression. if ppl start breeding and keeping anocondas more you'll see them docile too.

  • @stlbornstlwalkin Fear is wrong with him. Haha. People are afraid of what they don't know and most people don't know how to care for a retic. Beautiful snake! Thanks for sharing. Has Kah ever bit you? I have a ball python, Cleopatra. She bit me once. It was my fault, always is, but I am just wondering about the impact of a retic bite.

  • @sriavatar my 9 month old royal is called Cleo lol

  • @stlbornstlwalkin they are not typically docile? maybe like 5years ago. now they're being bred in captivity as much as ball pythons. they are as tame as any snake. they're just very fast so its tough to handle them. oh and 30ft is pushing it. ppl get max size mixed up with average size. the tallest human ever recorded was what 8'11". does that mean we humans will get 8'11"? no but its be proven possible. will females retics get 30ft? no but its possible. everything esle u said is fine.

  • sorry for your loss

  • I'm so sorry to hear you had to let him go. He was so beautiful and obviously very loved.

  • I'm so sorry to hear you had to let him go. He was so beautiful and obviously very loved.

  • Gorgeous Snake looks very healthy

  • eww on the carpet? im afraid mine will poop on it lol.

  • Beautiful. Love to see tame retics. Sorry for your loss.

  • how big do they usually get when theyre adult size.?

  • @woopsreptiles 20-25 feet average. However, they can get up to 30 feet + on rare occasions.

  • He's so beautiful. I'm so sorry for your loss man. Watching this vid actually gets me choked up a bit. But i have to ask, from what i know, retics are supposed to be very aggressive, was he gentle with you? How's did you raise him?

  • hes dead now? the retic are the most beautiful snake.

  • This is my first post since I have watched this video since I had to put him down. Man do I miss him.

  • @CrescentKnife Gonna get any more Retics in the future? Sorry for your loss, man.

  • @CrescentKnife "had to put him down" - why>?

  • nvm

  • @CrescentKnife Im so sorry to hear that. Looking at this video it seems you gave him a good home. Thanks for sharing and good luck with all.

  • @CrescentKnife thats a shame seemed like a great personality

  • @CrescentKnife Just admiring your boy, then read the news, so sad, you obviously loved him very much, great memory of him though, thanks for sharing.

  • @CrescentKnife I am sorry to hear about the lost of your retic, but what were the dimensions of his cage? 6 by 3 by 3?

  • @CrescentKnife good im glad you had this dam snake put down more people who have snakes as pets should do the same assholes

  • @tapdancegirl88 ignorance is bliss...as they say

  • @tapdancegirl88 go kill urself bitch !

  • @jfrost2114 you asshole

  • @tapdancegirl88 so insensitive, if i were to have to put one of my snakes down it would be like the loss of one of my family. Sorry for your loss chap, beautiful snake

  • @tapdancegirl88

What's wrong? Got a silver spoon up your ass because you feel bad about the rodents we feed our snakes? How about you quit being a whinny little bitch behind your keyboard, and take your fat greasy fingers out of your asshole.

Have a pleasant day you cock sucker. ;)

  • @Ultimategrid how would you like me to put my taps up your arse you stupid american asshole snake lover

  • @tapdancegirl88

First off, I'm Canadian. Second, no I would not like that at all. But quite frankly I don't think a threat coming from someone who can't use proper grammar, or sentence construction is genuine.

Your hatred for snakes is clear, but there seems to be no apparent reason for this, would you like to tell me why you hate them, or are you just being a troll?

Honestly you've already established you are a complete moron, and no matter what you say, it's not going to change.

  • @Ultimategrid if i were there if i seen you first of all i would punch you in your teeth if you have any 2nd of all i would kill your stupid pet snake with a axe chop it in million pieces

  • @tapdancegirl88

Oh Hell you ain't worth my time.

  • @tapdancegirl88 go fuck urself tapdance retard

  • @tapdancegirl88 someone should chop u up with an axe and feed u to their snake...if it could even manage to digest ur ass

  • @Ultimategrid Rodents are pests. I don't know why there are people out there who like them.

  • @snakeboyguam10

I can understand why there are people who like rodents, they are nice little animals, I just don't understand why they care so much that we feed them to our reptiles, when they are perfectly content with exterminating them.

Do remember that some people consider certain reptiles pests.

  • @Ultimategrid True, mice can be okay at times, but people should care too much about them getting fed to our pet reptiles, its not like they're endangered or anything, also, I think there could be more rodents than people, which is not a good thing. And yes, at times snakes can be pests as well, like here in Guam.

  • @CrescentKnife I'm so sorry. Losing a pet is never easy. He really was a beautiful animal.

  • Great Video. Thnx for the post.

One great thing about it is, your home is well kept,, very "civilized".

Most videos posted show a snake in a completely different environment of lesser well to do people. Sounds bad I know, but true.

People see videos like this and and it portrays a snake in a completely different light so to speak.

Gives of an image of a family dog.

    Very cool.

  • Wow,, Awesome creature.

    Sorry you lost him..

    Did you ever get another?

  • is that a reasonable sized retic? i hear that they get over 25 feet but i think the size of yours is more realistic. damn beautiful snake never the less.

  • @CrescentKnife sorry to hear that. There's nothing as bad as losing a snake. sorry for the loss. he was definitely a beautiful animal.

  • @CrescentKnife I am sorry for your loss. I miss my babies too. I had two boas and I know now how hard it is to raise one that will live a long time. My oldest was 13 and died of gout. Sigh.

  • @CrescentKnife How long did u have him before he died?

  • @CrescentKnife how big was he when he past.

  • @CrescentKnife I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful and powerful animal.

  • @CrescentKnife that sucks my stepfather had one exactly like him, her name was May. I remember her, she would kiss you on your cheek if u asked her too. this remembers me of her which is quite painful,I miss her

  • @CrescentKnife sorry 4 ur loss mate i just lost my dog 2

  • lovley male tiger.. he is very pretty..are you breeding him

  • what kind of retic is this? very beautiful.

  • @shaycarisseyo thats a tiger retic

  • that is a beautiful snake i was wondering i have heard that they are tempermental & strike alot is that true ?

  • @puglover26 depends on how they are treated..retics are very smart snakes.. you have to respect them to get it.. i have 3 and love them to death..they love attention

  • very nice retic.. I will be getting one soon the cage i am building is quite big so i want it done before she comes home. and im building a 8x6 cage for my boa. just preparing for the future.. But absolutley stunning vid hes very impressive.. u mentiond ceramic heat emmiter im using a bed heat pad is the ceramic a better choice?

  • He is so cute!!!!!

  • lazy snake on the couch, hmph thought it would be more active

  • when do retics reach their full size? i know like a boa will be pretty much full grown at around 5 years old...is that the case with retics too?

  • @jdmmaster retics grow there entire lifes..

  • nice! Im sure it will get bigger... how big is he now?

  • What do you feed this absolutely amazing retic? and what do you use to heat his cage? Thanks for the great video.

  • @fca970 Thanks for the compliments. I feed him 5lbs rabbits. His cage is heated by a ceramic Heat emmitter. I prefer bellyheat, but this is a somewhat older design cage that was designed for CHE.

  • this was the best snake video ive seen in a long time:)

  • @pythondragon34 Thanks. He is my little guy.

  • @CrescentKnife im thinking about getting one do u think thats a good idea?

  • @pythondragon34 if you have years of experience

  • @patrickledford420 like how many year?

  • @pythondragon34 i wouldent say that..depends if you are capable of caring for one..eats alot..craps alot..can be moody you have to pick up all these things..i say do alot of resurch then think about it..get in contact with someone that has one then see what you think

  • SNAKES ARE SOOOOOOOOO COOL!

  • Do you even put that badboy in a cage or does he just cruise about your house?

  • @JimJamJaaames-No he spends most of his time in a key locked 8'x3'x2' cage.

  • @JimJamJaaames-No he spends most of his time in a key locked 8'x3'x2' cage.

  • butie man. i have 3 myself..to answer a question ..size dependes on the parents..13 is very normale size when feed right

  • Nice movie man

  • is this really the appropriate music for a fucking snake?

  • cool snake dude :) and isn't it a bit small for a 5 year old retic ?

  • @EmilAkaFury not for a male

  • how tame is he?

  • what state do u live in

  • stunning snake, top music

  • @jonnymarto what is the name and artist of the song laying in the video?

  • what if he took a crap!!XD

  • i think kah is the coolest u tube snake star!! i will be purchasing one my self just trying to decide on retic or burm. any feed back on your knowledge would be great thanks.

  • Awesome retic, I just love the way he starts slithering away on the line 'I'm so tired of being here' lol Nice name too, was considering calling mine Kah but was convinced there was bound to be a few Kah's about so I named him Jack (the nipper) instead ^_^ I need to post a video soon

  • i love that python, check out my boa.

  • really good looking snake

  • Gorgeous!!

  • Beautiful retic... even though I know it wasn't a memorial video, I still got sad listening to the music haha! Wow I'm a pansy...

  • Do reticts get bigger then burmese?

  • Retics are typically thinner than a burmese, but can pack on the weight, thickness with ease. They both get rather large and long; however, which one gets bigger is really just splitting hairs. So much depends on feed schedule and size as well as environment/husbandry.

  • @CrescentKnife everything you said was dead on except for the splitting hairs part. I think splitting hairs is more reserved for comparing retics and anacondas. Retics are usually bigger than burms overall. The burm will likely be thicker, but the retic definitely longer, likely heavier but not always. Sorry lol, dont wanna sound like a know it all (i certainly dont lol) anyway, deadly retic. I miss my super tiger :( im only keeping a super dwarf @ the moment.

  • Ive heard theres no such thing as a super dwarf, only dwarfs exhist

  • @dynamicz108 you've heard wrong my frined

  • @black0ricky *friend

  • Orite, its jus i heard that theres dwarfs and theres other forms of dwarf that are smaller but super dwarf is an american term thats being phased out.

Is there defo super dwarfs then? n what sizes do they average at?

    cheers mate

  • @CrescentKnife and yes, sooooooooooooooo much depends on feeding and care as well, so really......any of the "Big 4" could be interchangeable as to "who is bigger" Deadly vid tho!!

  • Ah, no.

  • jungle book name much?

  • I actually did not name him. I purchased him from my brother in law over five years and kept the name. However, it is a great name for a retic.

  • i love ur snake, i cant have any snakes were i live now, i have never owned one, but i reale want a red tail boa, my dream snake, i do have some experience with reptiles, is the red tail boa a good snake to start with, i like larger snakes

  • If you have never owned a snake before, I would recommend maybe a smaller snake out of the colubrid department like a cornsnake or kingsnake. A large full grown boa can take up lots of room, eat large meals and leave quite a large mess. I would start with something smaller, and get some experience and then maybe get something larger.

  • you have a cool snake and this is a good video but the music doesnt fit at all. It seems like he died and im watching a memorial video

  • I agree, if you read previous comments, I don't really like the music selection either. Now with the WMG problems resolved I would definately select different music if I was making this video today.

  • is it gentle and nice?

  • Yes, read below.

  • how long did it take to get him "puppy-dog"? or does he still strike?

  • He has always been calm as can be. In fact he has NEVER striked at me, EVER!

  • Wow, amazing snake. In perfect shape too, not too fat like lots of giants people deliberately try and make huge :)

  • Thanks. I agree, most people, in my opinion, do over feed their giants. Retics are supposed to be slender snakes. I think people just think that they are supposed to be as thick as a burmese or something just because they are long.

  • Such a Beautiful Snake, He Looks Just Like my female Tiger "TILA" They have almost the same exact Pattern except my Tiger isnt as big as yours. Check out my video"s of Tila if you would like too. Awesome Vid 5*

  • peaceful song for a peaceful snake.

  • nice snake but jesus jewel? whats up with that fag

  • First, I agree the music sucks. However, it isn't Jewel. Try again.
