@350z89 My uncle was explaining to me that majority of what you hear is bullshit, the speedometers on bikes and in cars are not 100% accurate. My uncle explained his friend who has a turbo hayabusa with heavy motor modifications took out a certain class record for getting 330kph, which is similar speed to this. But a stock hayabusa is said to do 300-310? (according to its speedometer) from the factory. Why would a turbo busa only go 10 or 20kph faster than a factory busa?

This guy is an awesome engineer, he produces inline-5 Kawasaki two strokes by cutting half a cylinder off of two crankcases... with a hacksaw. He made a V12 out of two inline-6 Z1300s. He can cut with a hacksaw to 0.01mm across 30cm and can file to 0.001mm. Yamaha R1 is a nice enough production bike. Millyard creations are out of this world.

A sleek body and good gearing system on that along with some engine tuning would make a internal combustion engine bike land speed record or something. I couldn't see him putting any gears, did he had normal gears, cvt or no gears? If it has no gears it's stupid but understandable. He could have easily reached the 250mph goal.

(Although he now does them with the mill for customers). Those could have been 100th and 1000th of an inch instead of millimeter. I read about him quite some time ago. He is an instrument engineer by trade so he has a fair bit of experience with accuracy.
