You DO need a tune at 150 shot, and it is completely believeable that he ran that on stock suspension, but with lighter wheels and slicks. He's got the driver mod for sure. That '60 is fucking fast.

we had a dry 150 shot on my friends gt untuned. we dont have a 1/4 mile around here but it went 7.2 in the 1/8 wih a 1.7 60ft, our track is 60ft short so it was about a 7.8

I have a full weight 99 gt, full bolt ons, stock manifolds. I run every an 1/8th mile every weekend and on a untuned 90 shot, I go 7.8s too, but depending on the weight of the car, I would say its possible to run some 0s or teens on motor.  Hell, ive been a .48 on motor with nogos(nittos)

i'm goin to the track this weekend my gt makes 470 rwtq and 388 rwhp on spray .. 272 and 307 on motor i'll post up videos ... my car ON THE GAS runs 7.8's 1/8 and my car would now probably do a 8.7 or 7.6 tops with a great launch and my gt makes more power and torque there is no way this is a motor car... in the video he is under the hood messing with something? why would he need to be under the hood of a n/a car? o yea and my 7.8 figures to be around a 12 flat 1/4 ..you multiply 1/8 by 1.56

Sure his times look legit, you can't multiply 1/8 mile times to get your quarter, get a car with a lot of gear, it is gonna flatspot in the quarter, when I ran my 12.39 run, my 1/8th was 7.8, I got a steep gear, his car is picking up in the top end. Different setups react different..think about this one...take a 10.90 turbo car and line it with a 10.90 supercharged car, then check out both their 1/8'ths

dude a GT might not even be able to handle a 150 shot. He doesnt have stock suspension, he has a 31 spline axles, 31 spline carrier, control arms, and slicks. He launches off the rev limiter basically. You said hes pulling the same 60 foot times as u. maybe because hes a better driver, and nitrous wont really do that much in first gear buddy. first gear with 4.10s is quick enough. he probally has aftermarket coils. dude just get over it hes a better driver than u faggot

alright dumbass look in the description of the video it clearly says STOCK SUSPENSION and yes a gt can handle a 150 shot my gt has that setup now... and yes nitrous does help in the 60ft's i leave off my step @ 3900 rpm and nitrous is at 4000rpm and that hundred rpm is instantaneous , it spraying right out of the hole.. aftermarket coils? your retarded you really think msd coil packs are gonna do shit on a stock motor? i would be wiliing to bet he's not a better driver....

your right they do handle 150 just fine and upto 175. i just put one on a 00 gt with a window switch and tuned his ecu. tuned it for 87octane and took off 5degrees up top. Made his rev limit to 6100 on drv and 2700 on nuetral .nitrous is from 3000-6000 rom. so we will see what times he can post. still needs gears though

Hey your car looks awesome. I got an 04 GT as well and planning on having a similar setup. Can you explain to me what is meant by the wheels being 26/9.5/16? is 9.5 is the width and 16 is the wheel size, what is the 26? I still have the stock 17" bullets on. I wanted to get some FR500 or deep dish 18X9 and 18X10's. Will this just make my car much heavier and not track worthy? Should I just get the same OEM style wheels but 9" wide at the back and get some good rubber?
