David Bowie took his interviews well even when he didn't like the questions. Russell Harty was rather rude to him. He just takes it. I think though later (correct me if I'm wrong) he'd just drop a question, avoid it or distract them or just kind of ignore them. One interview the interviewer asked very inappropriate questions that could destroy a person's marriage. He just went through it though. I feel bad for him sometimes.

He was just amazing. I cannot even describe it... His voice while he spoke, his laugh, his teeth, his wittiness... 1972-1975 was when Bowie was most incredible, IMO. It just really tears me up and saddens me to know that that person no longer exists... I can watch this interview a thousand times and still look at him in awe. What a remarkable person he was... Still is... But back then he just seemed magical. He was beautiful.
