Oh yeah. When i was working in a Hotel, the employees had to exit the Hotel through the deep-level Garage. And i was in the 2 Basement level AND WAS RUNNING AROUND FOR 2 HOURS until i found the exit with some fresh air!!! Sometimes i saw a car driving out of the Garage so i was running after it, but it was always to fast for me and i lost sight of it. I really thought i would never get out of it alive.

The subway isn't bad, trust me there are cities with worse.

And, for the underground PATH, embrace it. Lots of good shopping. I can tell you where. But, the city website has a map where you can print a PDF. Go on a date with Daniel and just shop one time!

I'm terrified to travel the subway in New York. They have all these R, S, L, N and 6, 9, 72, 48 lines ... and I'm like ... um ... it's so confusing. North, south, east ...just like you said. And when you get off and go up the stairs and get on the street you have to take an inventory of where you are and then know where to walk. I always pretend like I know what I'm doing when I have no clue. Chicago, however, is MUCH easier to navigate. So easy. But yes, this happens to me all the time!
