I wonder if we could add shrimp and bacon to this dish. I went to a wedding at a famous Vietnamese restaurant named Kim Son and they had the stuffed portobello mushrooms as one of the 10 course meal. It was delicious. I really want to learn how to make this dish. I wonder if they use another kind of cheese. If anyone can show me another way to make this dish, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
