My guess is that it is in the Downtown Burj Dubai area, which is a large development project surrounding the Burj Khalifa. Now it is renamed Downtown Burj Khalifa, but this video was made long before the name change.

VIEW of Burj, not IN Burj. What HASN't been mentioned? A yr ago, 2'100'000 bought 1bdr aprtmnt. Moved in a mnth ago. Am the 1st owner. Siemens' dishwasher inopperative, still waiting 4 them 2 fix pipes. Dust storms, lived in Db 10 yrs & never had a problm with unsealed windows. Old Town - short of having dunes getting in, even the cupboards are dishevelled with dust. AED2'1mill' u get a FIBER GLASS BATH! Ur geyser bursts a leak like a rainstorm within the 1st wk. REPLACE. GLORIOUS Emaar.
