I recently purchased this product (ISGM73) for my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix factory radio and it charges the iPod but I cant get the radio to detect my iPod and play it. I flipped the necessary dip switches and used the correct cable. Is there any advice you can give me to get this to work? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
