Far from a Mini-me wanna be. His name is Joe C.,  he met Kid at a Detroit area bar where Kid would play a lot in the 90's. Kid took a liking to him and invited him to the band. Check out most of Kid's early popular videos and you will see Joe C. featured, especially in Cowboy. Joe C. suffered from a rare disease that stunted his growth. He basically had a life of pain taking dozens of pills a day to live. He died in 2000(?) from this disease.

Look at how music evolves historically, blue grass to country, blues to soul & R&B, blues to jazz, rock to punk/heavy metal, etc., and so many combinations, music experimentation is to be appreciated for each transition. The bottomline, it all works out in the end, and ends up sounding good & we're the bette for it. If music wasn't revoutionary we'd only be lisening to music the likes of Beethovan!
