its fake, the vomit is added in. you can tell the vomit sound is added in. what till the vomit ends and the cough begins theres noise. that happens when you use a shitty editing software like windows movie maker.

It can be due to poor editing as you said, but far more probable is poor encoding.

It certainly doesn't mean a video is fake.
