That isn't the issue. The issue is: Can we solve the world's problems by rebeling from those special interests? I say no, we should free those special interests from government interference.

Those interests do not want to be free from government interferance. They wish to use it to their advantage. That's why they're not really enterprenuerial anymore at such a point. Also, what's wrong with boycotting/dissociating with such interests?

Without government intervention, such scandals would be smaller and less common. I don't back all corporations. I back freedom.

No, I don't believe everyone is basically good. We need police, courts and military to protect us against those who would initiate force. But anything beyond police, courts and military is initiation of force by government.

Some corporations are out of control. First one that comes to mind is Microsoft. They have a monopoly and also have been threatening other operating system distributors with patent threats. And they won't name the patents that they are infringing on, if any. Microsoft is too big and is able to destroy opponents with just litigation.

Another one that comes to mind is Verizon. Destroying Vonage in court right now over a patent that may not even be legit. Yes some corporations are way to big.

Monoopolies are created only by government. It is a historical fact that all monoplies in history have been legal acts of government.
