Come to think of it, her last name is quite fitting if you look at it as a noun. Dier!

This is a cinematic piece with both Horror, the spook factor as well as the ever nearing Halloween season in mind. Of course, 'child-like' is also a very fitting descriptive. Why? Because children have the ability to feel fear more strongly than the desensitized adult world. May my song 'Enchanted Woods' bring you that fear and increase the bloody channels that course throughout your quivering body! Boo!

Originally written after reading about the horrific deeds of an old Victorian murderer by the name of Amelia Dyer, I thought of the mysterious beauty that likes deep within the woods. Where else would one take a victim to meet their maker but dark, ominous woods?

I took the footage of the woods a while back when I was looking for a place to film for another music video. I apologize for the 'Blair Witch'/Paranormal Activity' shaky footage! I was walking by these woods on the main road one day when I spotted a fire truck and paramedics bringing someone out of them on a stretcher. I think the kids that were hurt were riding a four wheeler and it tipped and the kid was critically injured. So, those woods have a history of their own! :)

@mermaidlorelei Thank you. :) We have witnessed some recent happenings in the media re: child neglect,murder, etc. Think about the horrible death of Caylee Anthony; how she was thrown away in the woods wrapped up in trash bags. I think society/culture is partly to blame for such deaths.

I remember learning how hard it was for people to survive in Victorian London. It was atrocious. And many sought money any way they could. Unfortunately, Amelia chose the wrong way.

@mermaidlorelei As I was reading up on Amelia, this music came to my mind. I was really searching info on Casey Anthony and her daughter Caylee when I stumbled upon mention of Amelia Dyer. It gives me a creepy feeling to think of how this woman must have been. Her photo gives me the willies. Doesn't it make you feel the same way? She looks like a really hard person! OMG.

@mermaidlorelei Another thing to keep in mind is the work of psychologists in such cases as John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy and other serial killers. They do not seem to have a conscious at all. I have seen people like this in my life. And they are the type that will pick a fight, or steel from you if they can. I think they are born that way to be honest.
