@BassSquid Wrong! Project64 isn't illegal PERIOD. What is illegal is downloading the ROM's to games. It doesn't matter if you have the original cartridge for the game. Just downloading it is considered ILLEGAL. The only time you're actually allowed to have ROM's of games is if YOU created the ROM file out of your own cartridge. But most importantly, guess what? I myself download ROM's, too and I'll never tell someone NOT to do it!

Well, technically there are no viruses or that torrent. But other torrents contain viruses after you download it and remain hidden in your CPU (Also known as trojan horse, i believe). I had found a cracked version of Rubber Ninjas and it was a full version and I was happy. But then I had 50 infections on my CPU (HOLY SHIT!?) and I removed it from my computer as soon as possible. Although some torrents [like the one you got] are perfectly safe and clean of viruses.

1.7 runs games at a true constant 60 frames per second. Less polygonal jaggies in 1.7 make games such as Mario Kart 64 look incredible. Upcoming version will possibly include net play, which includes LAN and internet play.

hey guys please be careful some fucking faggot (not the uploader/op) is going around releasing PJ 64 "build" with fake version numbers like 1.7.0.21 (example not a real quote). One of them is in some guys name i downloaded it a few years back someone hacked the GUI and made it say 1.7 but it's really Ver. 1.6 (with no fucking fixes at all) and all it includes is newer plugins..wich u can download via google easily.. its a virus as well..so watch ur asses when searching v1.7!
