We can all speculate why they did build them that way, maybe they were afraid of people like you, who just wants to bomb them. It isn't going to make one bit of difference if the IAEA clears Iran of all allegations. The US, Israel, and Britain are going to say they are still developing weapons and this site will report that it is and we'll be in three hot wars. Just because Israel is seething over Iran. The US is pissed at Iran because it dropped the dollar and went to the Euro instead. There's no avoiding it. Either the US and Britain are going to strike Iran or Israel will.

What's truly ironic about this situation is that it has not been proven that Iran has any nuclear weapons, yet Israel has an estimated stock pile of nuclear warheads ranging between 80 to 400. It seems that even if Iran did have WMD's they would at least be willing to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Israel however has refused to sign the treaty and will not even go on record about having WMD's!
