took your advice and follwed everything you said I did install and copy the dll i was missing to a thumb drive to copy and paste in windows system 32. The dll I'm missing is iertutil.dll. I am no longer getting the error message I was getting before so I assume it took care of that. But I have a different error message now it says The ordinal 173 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll please help need my computer working. thanks

WTF!!!!???? I had a missing AegisE5.dll error and I recovered it. But when I pressed ok in the error it stil says AegisE5.dll is still missing. I didn't know I still have to paste it to WINDOWS folder. I downloaded a whole lot of F@#$ing programs just to try to reinstall it. But all I have to do was to Copy paste it to WINDOWS!!!! Thanks by the way, I didn't know it was that easy.
