full sustain = demolished harmonics. It's almost like playing a 99 dollar amp and constantly hearing buzz when you have full volume and gain on...except you are paying a few grand more to have the same effect.
Yes, it sounds like sustained buzz. Imagine how much nicer it would sound if you could hear the bell like tones. I think it could have useful applications with good overdrive or gain, but it just doesn't make sense to oversustain notes when playing clean, it kills the harmonics and also destroys the natural tone's wave lenghts...disagree if you want, but you know it sounds pretty stupid.
honestly i dont think anyone would want to use this as their normal instrument but it does make some very cool sounds that are very interesting and useful for songs. i cant imagine how much they want for one of these though
I'd say he gets like the coolest guitar invention in decades in his lap and has no idea what to do with it.
If he was the least bit creative, it would be something. prob is that reviewers aren't. that's why they're reviewers. and it makes no sense playing the layla riff (or whatever) on this guitar....
actually, Italy sucks a bit ab music..i mean, there are great musicians, but music business is owned by old richies wich think the Strat or the Les Paul are the Only great guitars..it's like u said, this reviewer doest get a shit out of that guitar..what a mess...it's a kind of an old mentality, nothing good for ppl like me..(btw, i'm italian too ^^)
yeah id like to hear it with high gain distortion. but i think they arent using any gain or distortion for demo purposes. kinda show what it can do all by itself type of thing.
not to be mean but u need a little more practise because that sounded horrible

i think its good that music technology makes progress but I'd prefer my favourite guitar with a Sustainiac whatsoever

it sounds terrible compared to the fernandes sustainer:S

Fernandes sutainer is crap compared to the Sustainiac, you have better tone with it. If I'm right, Sustainiac sold the idea to Fernandes.

You're comparing this cool fading effect to a buzz?
