Holy shit! iremeber the commercial with the singing construction guy and how i used to want one so bad i would freak every time the commercial came on. the car runs literally everything. it has 2 modes forward and backward controlled by a switch on the bottom .switch is hit by little notches on the track . elevator and other up moving this is powered by a gear that sticks out the bottom of the truck and hit 1 thats on the track.

Wow, I haven't seen this one in ages! I remember mine broke, and I was so devastated... Luckily I kept the car. It was so awesome when it swapped the bodies around and such. (especially for a 4 year old boy :) )

This toy was manufactured by a Japanese toy company Tomy (now merged into Takara as "Takara Tomy"). I remember seeing a similar toy at the home of one of my babysitters. I also remember seeing the commercial for this toy with showed a Muppet-like construction worker driving a dump truck while singing "Big Big Loadeeeeeer". When my brother heard that song, he sung it like "Big Big Loader. Keep'em on truckin'!"
