  • @kaerunohime it's just a metal scooper, you should be able to get it at any kitchen supply type store-like Crate &Barrel. I got it from Surla Table

    Is it a special thing for transporting chopped stuff from a cutting board to a stove?

  • Hi there! First of all, thanks for the video recipe! It looks fantastic and tasty ! I tried doing it yesterday. I used only 1 onion and 3 tomatoes [that is all I had] ! The tomatoes made the gravy a lil sour, but, the end product, it turned out great :D Thanks..

  • omg its my most favorite dish ...m a typical panju..n trust me i make awesome rajma too same recipe :) but never cheated on by using the canned Kidney beans!! lol gonna try it some day to make ti quicker..thanks fr posting :)

  • Thx for the nice recipe.Quick question for you.For all North Indian cooking you seem to add cumin seeds in their whole form in the begining ...and also you seem to add cumin powder to some recipes ( channa masala) and to some recipes like rajma you only add coriander powder ...Just curious as to why ...and also you use a garam masala in a bottle ...What is the store brand? ..or which do u recommend? Anyways god bless you for all your recipes.

  • i tried it once.. the beans never got cooked.. it stayed hard as ever.. even after i soaked it overnight and highly pressured it.. :(

  • Hello dear...add little bit butter about 2-spoons..... that gives more yummy yummy taste....i use to prepare every week.... eat with pickle,.. that is heaven.....hmmmmm
