  • i thou the spectrum version was bad but seeing this one oh lord what a joke.

  • @nokiagaming exile ftw

  • this version sux monkey balls!

  • This is embarrassing. It is worse than a Spectrum visually. Post-1985 BBC conversoins are not generally that good, however. Original games on the BBC and Acornsoft early arcade classics are good, however.

  • The BBC was capable of doing a version similar to the Commodore 64. Just lazy programming. When programmers were paid the same weekly wage no matter what you did, some of them were more enthusiastic than others!

  • jesus 0_o

and to think they went to the moon with computers worse then this piece of junk

  • Crikey, they've gone for detailed graphics over colour. Doesn't look as playable as other versions. I see there's a maniac with a Sinclair C5. He's probably used to having things thrown at him so I wouldn't feel at all guilty lobbing a rolled up paper in his face.

  • I had the master system version of this game :p It was good :D

  • Interesting...thought the bbc software scene was almost perished by the timepaperboy was released.

  • Many games were more advanced on other systems, and Paperboy is one of the biggest examples. This version was still fun to play, though. The two-colour graphics were the main drawback; the Been was capable of more. I think it was more down to budget and not putting as much time in on programming as much as system limitations.
