rename this video to 'Vietnamese Ice Coffee FAIL" LaMongToi has it right. If you want to make a quick version that tastes nearly identical to authentic, you just get instant cofee called Taster's Choice, 1tbsp in a cup with condense milk, add boiling water and stir. My dad taught me this and it tastes superb over ice.
Nice video, you've got the right ingredients, but the techniques are all wrong. First, you have to pour grounded coffee into the press and tighten it before put the press onto the glass. Then place the glass which have the condensed milk with the press on top into a hot bowl of water. Then you can pour hot water into the coffee press and cover it with the lid. Then sit back and wait for the coffee drifting slowly, when it done, you can mix the coffee mixture up and pour over glass of ice.
That brand of coffee is actually very good and used by many vietnamese here in the usa. The only "problem" is that he used too little coffee so it is light rather than intense as most vietnamese like it. Maybe he prefers it that way. Nice video presentation.
good looking video which is professional, I like but your coffee making skills is not so good. tighten the filter a bit so control the dropping speed also if you could mind water type and coffee type it would be great
The darker the coffee, the better
