@rocktenniscat I saw Marcos play live this past Wednesday at the US Open in the Louis Armstrong stadium. He lost in 4 sets to Isner. It was a great high quality match, with the first 2 sets going to tiebreaks. I was rooting for Baghdatis, as were a lot of people. He's a definite crowd-pleaser and a joy to watch play. He is currently ranked 59 in the world.
Keep in mind professional players often lie and praise their opponent to make the crowd think they have class (which sometimes they do but just exaggerate.) I had many friend's friends complain that their teammates only behave when the cameras are rolling.

That was a tough match for Baghdatis, it's never easy to play a legend like Agassi in front of a very pro-Agassi crowd but Marcos handled it very well. The Americans love him and want to see him play well again.

I don't think Djokovic will last though. He is a great player, but I have a strange feeling when I watch him... Seems like he isn't going to push it to the top like Federer and Nadal do. Baghdatis on the other hand, I feel can get to the top, but he blows points sometimes...

I didn't hear it the first time, he slipped it in there. Johnny Mac playing it out as if his cramps weren't real. He's such a douche and is so in love with his own voice. Too bad Baggy didn't win this one, his fitness cost him this match in the end.
