  • SUPER comfortable car.

  • Love the city jettas, and also much better than "Mahhzdas and Hawndas" lol. Just breaking your balls, but seriously, sweet car!

  • Far as I'm concerned that's still a MKIV Jetta...just uglier...thank got we get the cool ones here in the USA lol

  • @yellowmusicfreak We do too lol and this car is far from ugly, it's gorgeous. Don't know what your talking about.

  • ps. when I said we do too, they just have dif names.

  • The engine is old but very reliable. Yoy wont have problems with it. Its a great car, it is one of top selling in Mexico

  • Hey can you tell me how does the horn sound? I mean like a scooter type (Civic, Corolla) or like a Ford or BMW. TY.

  • MY UNCLE HAS ONE OF THOSE AND HE LIVES IN GEORGIA :P

  • nice accent lol

  • @jvjobi I also thought that. But VW did an excellent job with the 2011 Jetta.

  • You also can see this Jetta in Mexico, along with the 2005-2010 US Jetta (in Mexico that car was named "Bora") So we have both cars now, until 2011 when the all new worldwide Jetta will replace the Bora and the Canadian-Mexican Jetta version.

  • I saw one from B.C down in Washington State VERY nice car.

  • @jvjobi I agree, mk4, both golf and jetta look better. those here look like pathetic photoshop. esp. city golf rear end FFS PEOPLE.

btw, to the autor/owner: you paid for the heated seats and the air conditioning but you didnt take esp+asr+tc. i must say, you are an idiot. coz only idiots save money on safety. esp+asr+tc costs 425$ as an upgrade. ONLY. and, it will someday save your car. you dont have to worry about life, vw's mk4 are incredibly tough cars in a crash, been there, done that.

  • they should have sold this in the us

  • Does that icon do anything, the one on the top of the inside of the trunk at 2:15 and lol, Mauzda. Nice car, man.

  • sucks how they dont make them anymore

  • I like it too.

  • I love the city Jetta, especially the new city jetta gli that they have down in mexico. If you ever want to sell that front end, let me know because I'd love to have it. Or if you know of a salvage yard that would work internationally, that'd be cool. I've been trying to put together this idea, but am having a hard time trying to source parts. It's impossible to find any parts dealers online that sell city jetta fenders, hoods, bumpers, anything.

  • i had a 1.8t gti ...after 60k ...it was showing signs of problems...never a vw again

  • I dont like it

  • With the 5-spd manual the rpm is 3000 at 100 kph. Wish a manual 6 was available. 1st and 2nd are geared really low, while reverse is geared too high. My car does what the fuel ratings specify, 40 miles per gallon on the highway. The option EPS seems necessary, please consider it when purchasing. It simply feels right and you just don't want your trip to end on long trips. Not a squeak or a rattle at all, and it handles like an import three times the price.

  • Hey ! does anyone know if you can get this car in 1.8T istead of the 2.0L version ??

  • the new design looks fucking awesome, especially with the round LED style lights in the rear, and that mean looking front headlight is just amazing...talk about the simple but awesome interior.

  • i own a regular jetta and when i first saw those i was like AHHHHHH what the hell!!! lol im not trying to offend you but i dont think they look that great. price is good tho

  • If u like this u gotta see the new Jetta GLI

    XD

  • yeah keep that remote because its $300 for a repalcement

  • LMAO its like a penny when your rich

  • My wife has this one in champagne color and different wheels. She´s very pleased with it.

  • aha I completely forgot to ask my question after hearing you speak.

I'm a second yr university student and I'm looking for a car. This vw is an option.

How is the interior noise when you're on the highway?

    How's the sound system?

What about responsiveness when speeding up?

& finally does it corner well, like how much give does the steering have?

I learned to drive on a Subaru legacy so my taste is pretty "high" The old car is just getting up there in years, & it's time for a change.

  • Im in the same position, but if you need a car now, for a few thousand more you can get the Rabbit, which is more sporty, and overall a more solid car but its going to be replaced quite soon by the 2010 Golf, which has had great reviews in Europe already.

  • Your voice sounds exactly like a friend of mine. I know it's not him, but wow man. lol

  • beautiful car wish they sold this in the states :(

  • its a great car, the 2.0 still runs great,

even the 1.8T 2009 is available in mexico.

  • wheres the second part?
