it is possible to get all 3 endings on the same day, save right befor you go into the room. Choose your destiny and load after each choice.

For all of you wondering, this is a way to SAVE TIME when going for these achievements. You can still do it in three separate playthroughs, but it will take 3 times as long. It's not that hard to figure out.
